This coaching is very focused on who you are as a leader, as by this stage, having the technical skills is a given. Moving into senior and leadership positions present fresh challenges for everybody. It can be incredibly isolating within these roles. Self doubts, lack of confidence, imposter syndrome, achieving balance whilst holding down a senior role, building and maintaining relationships, dealing with challenging colleagues, the weight of responsibility, questioning if you are in the right role or organisation, stress, burnout, feeling the pressure of having to demonstrate value, personal impact, performance, communication – all these issues and many more like them show up regularly with my corporate clients. It can be challenging to find impartial colleagues, friends or partners to discuss these issues with.
